Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of affordable housing loan accounts, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, relationship management, and market research to drive growth in the affordable housing segment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for cross-selling other banking products such as credit cards, insurance, etc.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in handling mortgage loans or similar roles in banking industry.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing finance, home finance, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan) concepts.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business goals in a fast-paced environment.
