About the role

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team for Non-IT bulk hiring. Freshers and experienced recruiters are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and campus channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule/co-ordinate interviews.
• Drive bulk hiring initiatives: walk-ins, recruitment drives, and volume pipelines.
• Manage offers, negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and an exceptional candidate experience.

What were looking for

• Freshers and experienced candidates (05 years in recruitment) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with high-volume hiring and working to defined targets/SLA.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and basic MS Excel.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
