Job Description

Manager - Digital Transformation

Location - Hyderabad

Work from office mode

Must to have experience with CX improvements with exposure in deploying GenAI or Agentic AI solutions

Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify process improvements via DMAIC approach for Contact center domain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for transformation, design solutions, and measure results.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the organization's operations, providing recommendations for improvement.
Provide coaching and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience with process improvement methodologies.
5-10 years of experience in a similar role for CX improvements
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Experience of working with latest CCAAS solutions like Gen AI, Agentic AI, salesforce, etc.
