About the Role

NoBroker is hiring passionate and energetic Inside Sales Executives to help customers find the right property or the right NoBroker serviceall through phone calls. If you enjoy talking to people, solving their requirements, and earning attractive incentives, this opportunity is for you


Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers from company-generated leads.
  • Understand customer requirements, budgets, and challenges.
  • Recommend suitable properties or NoBroker services based on customer needs.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and value of the recommended option.
  • Handle customer objections confidently and negotiate professionally.
  • Build customer trust and close sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers until the deal is completed.
  • Maintain CRM updates and customer records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (No daily targets).
