Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads tools and technology development projects following the ASPICE and AGILE processes. SAFE process knowledge will be a definite plus
- Aligns with the Product owners and Engineering Managers for required activities and their priorities.
- Creates, owns and updates the project plan and backlog accordingly and monitors tracks execution by the project teams
- Coordinates and supports the planning of SW requirement management, SW configuration, change request management and SW quality assurance
- Tracks project processes by means of the measurements defined for software project, costs, schedule and quality in software development.
- Carries out issues and risk management in the project and keeps track of the derived actions.
- Creates, manages maintains tickets in Jira Confluence, IBM ALM
- Regularly reports the software project status to project owners, sponsors and stakeholders.
- Organizes and holds meetings internal project teams and stakeholders
- Leads daily stand up meetings with the development teams
- Fosters the productive collaboration between multi disciplinary global teams
- Conducts retrospective meetings in order to drive continuous improvements required corrections during development
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master in electronics, embedded programming, software engineering, audio or related
- 10+ years of work experience in embedded software development and management fields. Among these, 3+ years of software development experience in automotive electronic field and 5+ years of project lead or management work experience.
- Familiar with automotive V-model, and software engineering process including requirement, design, coding and testing.
- Very experienced with Jira Confluence. Able to create customized filters, dashboards, etc.
- Familiar with software process standard, such as, Automotive SPICE, Misra, Agile and etc.
- Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, positive strong communication.
- Experienced with Scrum Scrum Master certification or PMP certification is a plus
- Experience with audio engineering is a plus
- Fluent in verbal and spoken English
