Roles and Responsibilities

Receiving & verification of finished orders as per schedule.
Recording receipt of stock details as per SOP in Goods receiving ERP system correctly & in timely fashion.
Stack orders along with customer Invoices in storage area such that they can be easily retrieved on demand.
Issue orders to customers as per their Invoices.
Reconcile the items issued vis--vis the Invoices and collect money
Record these transactions in ERP system.
Handling customer returns, exception scenarios.
Handling payment refunds etc.
Facility management at PUPs (pick up point)
Maintaining customer relations & create a positive atmosphere for customers during their visit.
Responsible for cash reconciliation with Accounts records.
Coordination with customer for pending orders and with call centre on order updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 4 years of experience in a customer facing environment preferably Quick Service Restaurant of professional organizations. Working knowledge of computers is also needed or
