Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare, marinate, and cook dishes like naan, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoor-based items. Tandoor Management: Maintain and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring optimal temperature for cooking. Ingredient Handling: Ensure the freshness and proper storage of all ingredients used in tandoor dishes. Menu Contribution: Assist in developing and innovating tandoor-based recipes. Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Team Coordination: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Quality Control: Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
