Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Design and development of Vehicle design, Hydraulic design, Gear box, Transmission, Vehicle integration, Electrical-wiring harness design using Creo software.
• Proficiency in Creo Cad tool & through in DFMEA and Problem solving methods
• Conversant in Tractor Driveline Design & Development
• Driveliness analysis in Kiss sys / Kis soft. in terms of transmission error, Rattle / Whine nosie signature study etc.
• Conduct hydraulic design and casting component design for engine components.
• Design of mechanical system Domain knowledge of vehicle systems such as Steering mechanism, Operator controls and ergonomic design, Engine Perhiperical specific to Trem V norms
• Design calculation and selection of Optimized Cooling system, Exhuast system, Intake system design based on Engine specification and requirements
• .Designing of engine perhiperial system such as Fuel system, Lubrication system, and Auxilliary system
• Design and selection of tractor electrical systems - wiring, harnessess, motors, alternators, starter motor, battery, lighting systems, gauges and instrument panels
• Experience in designing of vehicle level circuit schematics, logics, relay interlocking etc.
• Selection of fuse, relays, sensors, Switches, starter motor, alternator, batter
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Need minimum 3-6 years of experience in CREO-Design Engineer role
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in Creo software with hands-on experience on Gear Design, Vehicle design, Hydraulic Design, Electrical design & Wiring Harness design.
