Job Description
- Skills: Salesforce, HubSpot, Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media Strategy, Lead Generation, ATL, BTL, To develop and implement brand marketing strategies, brand positioning communications and internal communications for external and internal stakeholders to help shape and communicate the brand and translate brand elements into plans to drive profitable business growth for RIL while adhering to the overall goals and objectives of the organization "- Provide inputs in creating respective business" product strategy & create a roadmap to ensure adherence to overall objectives, goals Develop market expansion and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with the leadership for the downstream businesses to help sustain as an industry leader Oversee end to end execution / implementation of business plans Collaborate with leadership to identify new initiatives/ projects and set operational plans that meet these future demands Participate in respective business" budgeting cycle & process and provide inputs on budget allocation for own sub-function/ team Oversee deployment of own budget and ensure efficient utilization and minimum variance in target v/s actual "- Implement approved brand marketing policies, processes, procedures and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in consistent and controlled manner Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of brand marketing policies, processes, and procedures taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated technical services policies and procedures "- Provide leadership on strategic development of brand marketing initiatives through brand building at the trade level; co-branding with key customers; consumer branding through brand licensing, etc. Design the required trade and consumer promotion activities of the brand. Develop direct to market plans and follow up strategies Build relationships with external publications, export promotion councils, trade associations etc. and identify suitable promotional avenues / media apertures and exploit the same to the advantage of Reliance PetChem Sector Oversee vendor finalization in co-ordination with the commercial team for chosen promotional initiatives and conduct detailed evaluation of vendor performance and scrutinize invoices etc. post implementation of the initiatives Direct various CRM initiatives at Head Office & Regional level, administer & manage corporate sponsorships to maximize the benefits for the businesses, and assist acquired & overseas units to create synergies with own corporate brand Conceptualize branding / social media strategies and identify avenues for exploring new products Enable creation of internal and external brand ambassadors who can help develop a favorable positioning of certain products through effective communication around sustainable usage of materials Empower customers with the required technical information regarding the products to help create a pull for the products amongst end users resulting in higher demand and value realization. KPI Would be "- Return on marketing investment, Customer Acquisition cost Brand recall value Lead generation rate Projected vs actual cost savings Budget Adherence Conversion rate Track improvements in the team enabled through training programs,
