Requirement for Field Sales


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Increase fresh leads through field sales.
  • Identify fresh opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance revenue.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Developing marketing plans and achieve monthly sales target.
  • Cross selling of third-party products and group products to Gold Loan customers.
  • Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA.

Salary:

Max 2.8lpa


Variable:

Unlimited Incentive, PF & ESI
