Role & responsibilities


  • Filling a high volume of Biker positions with quick TAT
  • Develop, communicate, and drive recruitment for various Hubs & Distribution Centers.
  • Being proactive as a Recruiter through different job portals, boards, and Social Media.
  • Manager end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work closely together with the operations team and ensure a good turnaround time for filling the positions.

Desired Profile:

  • Should have extensively worked on the Bikers hiring
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel and Word)
  • Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic, and aggressive
  • Should be focused and target-oriented
