Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Shortlist potential candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Schedule interviews between selected candidates and hiring managers.
- Attendance Management and Employee Relations
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (HR/IR).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Candidate should have experience in dealing with Defence and Electronics Background.
