Job Description

The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager position based in Bangalore requires a candidate with a minimum of 5-15 years of experience in IT services sales. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive new business growth, handle end-to-end sales cycles, and establish strategic relationships with clients in the BFSI, FinTech, and IT services industries. Key requirements for this role include a strong background in IT services, willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, a network of 10-15 CXO-level connections in the BFSI, FinTech, and IT sectors, a successful track record in B2B sales with closed deals exceeding $250K (2 Cr+), as well as exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager is expected to achieve an annual order booking of 6 Cr and acquire 12 new clients per year. Responsibilities include identifying and closing sales opportunities in the FinTech/BFSI sectors, managing the complete sales lifecycle including pricing and proposals, nurturing client relationships post-deal, generating leads, building pipelines, forming strategic partnerships, coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams, and representing the company at key events while overseeing distributed teams.,
