Job Description Project Manager (Java/.NET, Cloud & Emerging Technologies)*
*Position:* Project Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *Project Manager* with a strong background in *Java and .NET technologies, a solid understanding of **cloud platforms, and a keen interest in exploring **AI-driven solutions*. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery, and aligning business goals with technology execution.
Key Responsibilities*
* Manage the full lifecycle of software projects across *Java, .NET, and cloud-based applications*.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery.
* Drive adoption of *cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)* for scalable and modernized solutions.
* Stay updated with emerging trends, particularly *AI/ML adoption*, and assess feasibility of incorporating them into business projects.
* Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and manage risks/issues proactively.
* Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies (as applicable).
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
### *Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
* *10+ years of experience in Project Management* with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Hands-on or strong conceptual understanding of *Java and .NET frameworks*.
* Knowledge of *cloud technologies* (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Familiarity with *AI/ML concepts* and willingness to upskill in this domain.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery and tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
* PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification (preferred).
