Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Miri Piri Institute of Medical Science & Research, Shahabad Markanda, Kurukshetra (Haryana)
Hospital Strength: 420+ bedded upcoming super-specialty hospital & upcoming medical college (100 MBBS seats)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (freshers eligible) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our HR team. This is a golden opportunity to work in a fast-growing medical college and super-specialty hospital, handling recruitment across faculty, residents, nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for medical faculty (Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Senior/Junior Residents).
Support hiring for hospital consultants, doctors, nursing staff, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
Draft and publish job postings across portals, social media, and networks.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Maintain HR records, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Assist in HR operations including attendance, employee queries, and compliance support.
Ensure smooth coordination with department heads and management.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field (freshers eligible).
Skills: Excellent English speaking & writing skills, confident communication, strong interpersonal ability, MS Office proficiency, enthusiasm to learn hospital & medical college HR processes.
