Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new joiners, including pre-boarding formalities such as document collection, background verification coordination, and communication.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct induction programs and orientation sessions, including presenting slides and delivering engaging presentations to new hires.
- Liaise with hiring managers, HRBPs, IT, Facilities, and other teams to ensure timely setup of workstations, IT access, and other joining essentials.
- Track and monitor onboarding timelines, ensuring completion of all joining formalities within stipulated time.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and records accurately in HR systems.
- Address queries and concerns of new hires during the onboarding phase to provide a positive joining experience.
- Analyze onboarding feedback and continuously improve the induction and pre-boarding process.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in the onboarding vertical.
- Generate periodic reports on onboarding metrics and share insights with HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements during onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR Shared Services, specifically in onboarding or employee lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in delivering inductions and presentations using slides.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise across multiple departments.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
- Presentable and confident in engaging with new employees and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
