Job Description

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and young graduates/postgraduates in Marketing who are eager to start their career with us. The role involves assisting the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns, building brand presence, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  
• Support in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies.
  
• Create and manage marketing content for social media, email, and other channels.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive branding and lead-generation efforts.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Masters in Marketing (BBA, MBA Marketing, or equivalent).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding will be a plus.
  
• Freshers with a passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
