Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Unpaid HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to various HR functions. While this is an unpaid position, we are dedicated to providing a rich learning experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world HR challenges.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process new hire paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completion.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical new employee files with a high degree of confidentiality.
Provide support for new hire orientation and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Highly organized with strong attention to detail .
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
