Job Description
- As a Leader in AI for a Leading Financial Services Group based in Pune, India, you will be responsible for driving the Search, recommendation system & Personalization charter for the Artificial Intelligence BU. Your role will involve leading a team of search engineers, building horizontal AI capabilities, delivering large-scale ML systems in production, and creating state-of-the-art search & recommendation models. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain advanced search algorithms and indexing systems including text, image, and voice search. - Apply NLP, machine learning, and deep learning models to enhance search accuracy and relevance. - Implement features such as faceted search, query expansion, and personalization to improve user experience. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions. - Optimize performance, ensure system reliability, and provide support for production environments. Qualifications Required: - Strong problem-solving skills along with technical & leadership capabilities. - Passion for scaling AI solutions for real-world impact. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex programs. - Proficiency in coding, prototyping, and mentoring teams. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will be expected to be hands-on in coding, prototyping, and mentoring teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the AI initiatives forward and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.,
