Role: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

What Is Expected from the Role?

  • Handle inbound chats and emails to assist customers with queries and concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English and regional languages
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution within TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Perform cross-selling and up-selling for existing customers.
  • Accurately document interactions in the system.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chat/email-based support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot basic queries related to products, services, or accounts.
  • Deliver high-quality service by maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate (any stream) / Undergraduate
  • Backlogs: Active backlogs accepted
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply

Salary Details

  • Freshers: 21,000 CTC + Incentives
    (Salary depends on English fluency and language proficiency)
  • Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC + Incentives
    (Salary depends on experience and communication skills)
