Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and handle operation related to ATM site construction and installation/operationalization of new ATM and Bank Branch Turnkey Projects within stipulated time and budget frame.
- Branch project management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, finalization of technical specifications, resource administration and quality management for the projects, Site Audits and JMS for Revenue
- Responsible In Turnkey Project of Bank Branches for designing, construct and equip a manufacturing / business / service facility and turn the project over to the Bank when it is ready for operation.
- Project review meeting and ensuring timely completion of project by making optimum utilization of the resources within stipulated time & budget frame while ensuring proper implementation of competent activations with processes, policies and quality norms.
- Adept at vendor management, developing and handling vendors, negotiating and liaising with them and other related agencies to provide specifications and ascertaining adherence to policies/procedures; also provided technical assistance to them whenever required.
- Coordinate with contractor or field teams to ensure uniformity & timeliness in delivery and execution of Projects.
- Coordinating and interacting with accounts department regarding payments made to sub-contractors & vendors
- TIS sales in the Region and India for many of the Accounts
- Add new customers along with maintaining premium service levels with existing accounts for continue growth
Skill set Requirement
- Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in 2D designing
