Job Description
- Strong knowledge and significant experience in managing finances on such a grand scale. Its crucial that the individual is adept at working with vendor management tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa, etc.
- Accurate reporting of financial risks impacting the topline and bottom-line is a must
- Work with sales leaders in converting the opportunities in CRM to resource requirement
- Strong excel analytical skills to enhance our productivity, accuracy, and efficiency when dealing large data
- Facilitating performance monitoring by providing reports on SLA, profitability, risks, and suggesting improvement areas.
- Supporting review cycles by ensuring periodic account reviews, sharing financial dashboards, and closing action items
- Tracking important financial KPIs including P&L, revenue leakage, DSO, and BU-level performance indicators
- Ensuring timely invoice generation and coordination with Finance and Delivery teams.
- Supporting accrual management, revenue recognition, and monthly adjustments as required.
- Participating in budgeting and forecast monitoring (revenue, resource, and cost forecasts)
- Monitoring financial targets, supporting corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Supporting profitability improvement plans by analysing resource costs, deviations, and planned vs. actual metrics
- Preparing BU dashboards, account dashboards, and MIS reports
- Providing proactive inputs to address issues impacting monthly financial closure.
- Willingness to extend working hours to support to onsite sales leaders
