Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet productivity, quality, and response-time KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in chat support/customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with customer support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, live chat tools).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to work in night shifts with rotational week-offs.
