 International Voice Process Executive- Experienced only

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, CSAT)
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift & Availability Requirements

  • Willingness to work Night Shifts and Graveyard Shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling US/UK/Australian customers
  • Experience in BPO, KPO, or contact center environment
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
