Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large data sets, creating insightful reports, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This role requires proficiency in Excel techniques and a willingness to work in night shifts.
Your Role:
- Handle and analyse large data sets to derive actionable insights for business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports using advanced Excel functionalities such as:
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP Array formulas, Plugins
- Act as a MIS resource or Reporting Analyst, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) knowledge to support operational planning and reporting.
- Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written) for client interactions via email.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards for all deliverables.
Your profile:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- WFM (Workforce Management) knowledge is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working and co ordinating with U.S.-based clients or international stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience as a Reporting Analyst, MIS Executive, or Data Analyst.
- Exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
