Company: IGT Solutions

Role: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide support using computer applications
  • Work in a contact center (voice-based role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate and use multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Interact with customers, clients, and vendors
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when needed
  • Attend training sessions to improve performance
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Complete tasks assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or travel industry
  • Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Strong spoken & written English communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights)
  • Willing to work in a voice process

Interview Process

  1. HR Round
  2. Versant Test (communication assessment)
  3. Operations Round

Salary

  • Up to 30,000 CTC (per month likely, confirm during interview)
