Job Description

Company: IGT Solutions

Role: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide support using computer applications
Work in a contact center (voice-based role)

Key Responsibilities

Navigate and use multiple computer systems efficiently
Interact with customers, clients, and vendors
Escalate issues to supervisors when needed
Attend training sessions to improve performance
Follow company policies and procedures
Complete tasks assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or travel industry
Graduate or Undergraduate
Strong spoken & written English communication
Basic computer skills
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights)
Willing to work in a voice process

Interview Process

HR Round
Versant Test (communication assessment)
Operations Round

Salary

Up to 30,000 CTC (per month likely, confirm during interview)
