Job Description
- As a Healthcare Training Expertise professional, you will be responsible for managing healthcare process training in international BPO settings. This includes overseeing training related to US healthcare, insurance, and HIPAA compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that new hire training is conducted effectively, monitoring OJT performance, and meeting quality benchmarks such as first-pass yield. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders including Operations, clients, and trainers to align training programs with business objectives and reduce attrition rates. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving the team towards achieving operational efficiency and excellence in healthcare BPO workflows. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve continuous improvement initiatives. You will be tasked with optimizing training content, costs, and processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of healthcare BPO training programs. Additionally, you will be expected to track key metrics such as ROI, batch productivity, and performance reports to provide valuable insights to management. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Graduation/Postgraduate degree along with relevant Training Certifications. You should have extensive experience in US Healthcare/BPO, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience specifically in U.S Healthcare Process Training. Furthermore, a total of 14-18+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Training Leadership roles, would be preferred.
