Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
