Job Description

Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: 10000-12000 per month
Location: Remote (Work From Home)


About the Role

Delhivery is hiring interns for a short-term Voice Process role focused on interacting with shippers and collecting valuable business insights. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and eager to gain exposure to real-world business conversations in the logistics space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to shippers to gather feedback and insights
  • Understand shipper business models, growth potential, and requirements
  • Capture information related to business scale, future opportunities, and engagement
  • Identify reasons for churn and collect actionable feedback
  • Accurately record responses and maintain structured data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to share key insights where required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging conversations
  • Good listening skills with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup
